AxonCloud School ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AxonCloud platform (https://axoncloud.in.net), a SaaS-based school landing page system that allows educational institutions to create and manage their own branded websites via subdomains and custom domains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services.
Data We Collect
We collect the following information when schools register on our platform:
School Registration Data
- School Name — Used to create the school's landing page and identify the institution.
- Subdomain — Auto-generated or custom subdomain (e.g., school-name.axoncloud.in.net).
- Custom Domain — Optional custom domain provided by the school (e.g., www.yourschool.com).
- Domain Access Credentials — If a custom domain is provided, DNS or registrar credentials may be shared for domain configuration.
- Contact Details — Email address and phone number of the school administrator.
- School Type — Classification of the institution (private, government, coaching).
Landing Page Content
- School information, faculty profiles, event details, gallery images, fee structures, and other content managed through the admin panel.
- Uploaded media files (images, documents) stored securely on Supabase Storage.
Payment Information
- Payment transactions are processed through Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- We store subscription plan details, payment status, and Razorpay subscription IDs for billing management.
How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To create and host your school's landing page on a unique subdomain.
- To configure and manage custom domain mapping.
- To process subscription payments and manage billing.
- To provide customer support and communicate service updates.
- To improve our platform and provide personalized features.
Domain & Hosting
Our main platform is hosted at https://axoncloud.in.net. School landing pages are served via wildcard subdomains (e.g., school-name.axoncloud.in.net).
For custom domain configuration, we require DNS access or credentials to set up the domain mapping. These credentials are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of domain configuration. We recommend changing any shared passwords after the setup is complete.
Our infrastructure is deployed on Vercel with Supabase as the database and storage provider. Both services comply with industry-standard security practices.
Data Security
We implement the following security measures:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS on all subdomains and custom domains).
- Encrypted database storage on Supabase with row-level security policies.
- Role-based access control for admin panel access.
- Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data (including landing page content, media files, and configuration) is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.
